Proposal for action by 9/11 truth groups in Europe

(Draft letter to your country's Ministry of Foreign Affairs)

Proposal for action

9/11 truth groups in NATO countries are hereby urged to send a letter such as the following one, to their own Ministry of Foreign Affairs, with copies to selected members of parliament and the media.  The letter is self-explanatory. However, below the letter I will add a few observations.  Elias (Webmaster)

On October 2, 2001, our country’s representative in the NATO Council attended a meeting in which the U.S. representative reportedly presented evidence that linked individuals in Afghanistan to the mass murder of September 11, 2001.  On the base of this "evidence", the NATO Council decided unanimously to express its support for military action by the United States against one of the poorest countries in the world, Afghanistan, thousands of miles away from the United States.

Over five years have elapsed since this meeting. But our government has not yet presented the evidence on which it based its decision to support the use of force against Afghanistan, an act which violates both international law and the UN Charter, unless expressly authorized by the UN Security Council or grounded in a real, major and imminent threat to the attacking state.

As a group working for establishing the full truth on the events of September 11, 2001, we express our surprise that the above evidence has not yet been presented.  We hereby request to be provided with all the information on which the Ministry based it decision to support the use of force against Afghanistan. We consider it our right, as citizens and residents of a democratic country, to be fully and promptly informed about the grounds on which our government decided to support acts of war.  Such information should include at least the following:
(a)  Hard evidence linking individuals or groups in Afghanistan to the events of September 11, 2001;
(b)  Hard evidence that individuals with links to Al Qaeda boarded the four airliners which crashed in the United States on September 11, 2001.

Sincerely yours,

XXXX

Additional Comments

1.  The above letter, as is or as amended by yourselves, should be dated and if no answer is received within 2 months, reiterated.

2.  In some countries, official institutions have a duty to answer such letters and must also provide a justification, if they refuse the request.  Please consult your own Freedom of Information legislation

3.  Please send a copy of your letter to selected media outlets and members of parliament with the request to follow-up the request. You will have to follow-up these recipients also, either by a personal visit or telephone calls.  If journalists or MPs refuse to support your request, tell them that you will be forced to publish their names as individuals opposed to government transparency and democratic rights.

4.  Most probably, your government will answer that it is bound to secrecy by an agreement with NATO or the United States. In fact, it is most probable that your government will not have received any evidence whatsoever. It is most probable that no real evidence was presented in the NATO Council meeting of October 2, 2001.  The New York Times reported that no papers were distributed in the meeting and that the presentation was totally oral, without any visuals (PowerPoint or similar). Your government will not wish to expose this fact.  It is, however, important to put your government on the defensive and expose its secretive posture, particularly if it is simply hiding the lack of any evidence.

5.  I would also urge you to inform me (webmaster) of any letters you send and any replies you may get.   NATO governments cooperate among themselves to deceive us.  So we should in the very least cooperate in our attempt to expose their methods.

Good luck,

Elias Davidsson
